This reel was really designed for the beginner fisher-person or child . The reel is clean, smooth and fast, the clicker and the brake work perfectly. Jewels are removable and in spectacular condition. The handle is clean and straight and the grip spins freely and catalog correct. The foot is clean and straight . This hard working Winchester 100 year old reel was fished hard for years and it does show a little brass and plate loss in a couple area’s. Its a nice example of a Winchester early reel.
