$289.00

William Mills & Sons CRESCO Trade Fly Reel 2 7/8" x 3/4" ( Rainbow #627) Made By A.F. Meisselbach Circa-1918. This is a spectacular example of a very rare William Mills & Sons trade Fly reel never seen especially in this fine condition. Its a polished metal reel extremely light weight and had me confused with aluminum alloy. The finish is extremely nice and mirror like. Clicking action is strong in both directions with no wobble. Handle and foot are both in very fine condition. William Mills & Sons sold a lot of variations of high end reels from many tackle manufacturing companies that were never made available through normal manufacturer’s catalog sales. Please look at the last two photo’s for the Meisselbach # 627 and Cresco catalog information along with the 1921 William Mills & Sons catalog pictures of the Cresco.
