U.S. Net & Twine or Early Montague Brass "Castalia Casting" Trade Reel 80 Yard Circa-1900. This is a little confusing exactly who made this fine reel. U.S. Net & Twine seems like the possible choice but also Montague early could be the maker. The foot is the early Moog Patent which would go with either reel maker and Montague did make the Castalia Trademark later in 1904. The entire brass reel and the early S Handle with no handle nut would lend more towards a early U.S. Net & twine. So you can see my delima. Brilliant reel that just shows amazing.
