The YALE KING No. 77 Reel by Yale Metal Products Co. New York, NY. German Silver Level Wind with Original Box Circa-1922. Yale King reels were made in the 1920's by Yale Metal Products. These were their highest quality line of reels. The Yale King reels were made of German silver and had a single ball bearing under the end cap to react the spool end play. Yale Metal Products reels was a branch factory of Pequea Works in Strasburg, PA. The Yale King reels were sold in the Pequea fishing tackle catalog. This a a very very fine example of a reel never seen. It functions perfect and all parts are catalog correct. I have owned lots of reels and this could be one of the finest reels I have ever seen or spun. Just amazing. Box is in pretty good condition functioning perfectly, showing some storage wear but does have a great clear label.

NOTE: Any white on reel rims is glare this reel is in very fine condition.
