Pflueger SUPREME 1573 First Level wind Casting Reel Circa- 1919 With Original Proper marked Leather Case & Bag (All-MINT)
I opened this reel for the first time today it stored amazing and is brand new never used!!! Vintage 1919 PFLUEGER-SUPREME-1573 Level wind-Freespool-ABL QUAD with Working level wind wing Ears and original Leather Case and Bag, everything is MINT. Great classic first version model of Pfluegers first casting reel. Reel is fast and smooth with freespool working great. Levelwind is smooth and flows side to side and easily raises ears. All parts are original including handle with double amber grips that spin freely. This Freespool operates by pulling back on the handle grip and functions perfectly. Reel carries both Pflueger and Douglas patents along with patents pending. The Original proper marked leather case is in very Mint condition and the buckle that works great. This is a very nice Reel and case that functions fully as intended in 1919. I have also included the original Catalog page and Carry bag for this reel. The Catalog page has been with this reel from day one and does show wear.
