Meisselbach "RANGER" No.#125 Level Wind Circa-1930. This is a Rare Takapart style Reel never seen as it was one of only 457 Ranger Reels made and delivered from the Meisselbach plant. Its in extremely fine condition showing limited wear. Its very fast and smooth with a level wind that glides beautifully side to side. The rear plate mounted clicker functions perfectly. This fine reel comes with a Bakelite spool for cost savings I believe but also makes it much lighter than the Meisselbach #630 Thats basically the same reel. Very tough, very nice example of a rare reel never seen for sale.
