This Reel is considered by some as a big fly reel but was actually designed as a trolling reel, its seldom seen and never in this fantastic condition. Spectacular Nickel finish in very good condition. Its very smooth spinning with no wobble. The rear plate clicker functions perfectly. This reel is clearly marked Featherlight on the foot plate frame , the model number 290 under the foot and the patent date. This very fine example is 3 1/8” across the face with a 1” spool width.
