Back plate also shows beautiful with a fixed bearing cover thats simple but smart. The foot is in perfect condition and follows the Silas Terry patent exactly. I have seen a lot of Silas Terry patented foot designs on many reels and this is by far one of the finest examples I have ever seen. Its in extremely nice condition with hand tooled tapering. Incredibley Brillant early American classic.
