Nicely engraved side plates and crank handle, fluted jeweled oil caps and the A-B-L adjustment on the face plate. These are stamped “J.C. HIGGINS No.312.3111 Model 4810” on the inside, above the spool. The extremely rare original box is in good stored condition, correctly marked “No.3111” and never seen for sale. These are a tough find.
