Bronson "THE MASTER REEL" No. 3000 Level Wind Taka-Part Circa-1922
Rare and early Bronson original reel lineup reel from the early 1920’s, the No.3000 “Master Reel” would sell through 1930. These were aluminum cast, with what Bronson called “Duraluminum”. This is a “take-apart” model, that can be disassembled for servicing by unscrewing the three thumbscrews by hand. This is the 3000 which differs from the 3100 with no ABL and Bar over the level wind. These can be rather difficult to find in nice condition, as the aluminum side plates and spools did not hold up well. You could search and never find this reel in this condition. Fantastic complete example of one of Bronsons finest reels.
