B. F. Meek & Sons Rare "Club Special" Size 2 Tournament Jeweled Circa-1910. This is a very tough reel never seen and only made a few short years. Made for the tournament fisherman taking the regular size 2 Meek reel and extending the spool width to create the Club Special. Its extremely fast, smooth as you will ever spin and with the single Kentucky style clicker button mounted on the face. German silver is flawless, knurled rim on face plate is magnificent as one might expect and as you might have noticed it has not been cleaned but simply wiped down with a dry cloth. Jewels are spectacular and built in with removable knurled covers. foot is full length with no manicuring. Handle is counter balanced with a fine knurled band as accent. Serial # 2105. Reel is all 1910 catalog correct. Amazing Reel!
